My query is concerning the Audio Out (Headphones) Jack Port for a HP Pavilion x360 15-bk100na Laptop Product Number: X9W78EA (Purchased new in 2017).
The socket has become very loose and will not hold the Headphones plug without it falling out.
Can anyone please advise me if the jack can be replaced on the motherboard and what part number/ link to same is required please?
Is the process similar to the replacement of the DC Jack Port or more complicated?
Many thanks.

The audio board with the connector port is a separate part from the system board and can be replaced.
your question:"Is the process similar to the replacement of the DC Jack Port or more complicated?"
it is a similar process. The audio board is connected to the system board with a ribbon cable.
Here is a vendor for the HP part. It is inexpensive.

Thanks for your help with this.
I should have mentioned I am located in the UK.
Are there any readers who may know where the replacement Audio Board can be purhased in the UK please as Ebay/ Google only appear to list oversees sellers?

Sources in the UK
Kindly do not redirect your query to other users. I knew you were in the UK. I provided the part number so you could easily perform a web search in your region.

Apologies, I am a new user of this forum.
I'd already exhausted a Goolge search of my region before asking the further question and am genuinely having difficulty tracing a UK based seller of this part.
When I follow your latest link provided the sellers revealed to me are listed on Ebay.com/ Amazon.com/ Sears.com/ Walmart.com etc. i.e. all US based.

No worries.
If you use a Google search in a browser of your choice from your internet connected PC or notebook as in the following image, you should get some viable results. It is tricky from my end. I can use my VPN to get results.
Try this hyperlink for the search.
