I'm still awaiting a reply to my case reference number in regards to the extended warranty which was purchased with the computer and should be for 3 years. I'm still wating for find out and the case has been opened a week. Can you tell me what is happening please?

Please help us with your HP unit serial number and the product number along with the case ID on a private message for further assistance.
