Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F53AV)

Dear sir or madam,

I purchased a Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F53AV) (intel 12500h processor - geforce rtx 3060 graphics card) in May 2022.

I experienced  two problems recently.  The first and most important problem - I am sure it is related with the latest BIOS update that I obtained from your Hp support website.  The name of this BIOS update is :  F.10 Rev.A.    The link is   https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/victus-by-hp-16.1-inch-gaming-laptop-pc-16-d1000/21...     But, this update caused the intel processor to run at a lower speed than before.  Hp software diagnostic test say the CPU speed is 4158Mhz.(or approximately 4.2Ghz) An I also checked this by using  different sofwares like  AIDA64 and CPU-Z.  The result is the same.  Also , resetting BIOS settings doesn't work.  Before I intalled this latest BIOS  update from your hp  support website, my  intel 12500h processor used to run at 4485Mhz(or approximately 4.5Ghz - which validates  intel processor 12500h specifications on intel website). Of course, processor speed change according to several situations like heat, which programs are running at the moment, etc. I know all of them.  I was deeply disappointed with the latest BIOS update of this laptop.  Could you   release  a new BIOS update to solve this problem for this laptop, please?  I would be grateful if you could solve this performance problem related  with the  troublesome " BIOS update F.10 Rev.A" by releasing a new and a  RELIABLE  BIOS  update.

My second  problem is that the same laptop can't get the latest version of windows11- the 22H2 update.  My victus laptop found this update two times but there has been  an installation error two times. My computer automatically rolled windows 11 back to the previous operating system - that is windows 21H2.  It happened in november one time and in december one time. Also, windows update can not find this windows 11 22H2 update  anymore.  On the other hand,  operating system has no other problems other than these two strange situations I mentioned above.

I would be grateful if  you would solve these two important  problems .
