Hi Eddy,

Problem appears to be solved.  The (backlit) keyboard replacement worked.

A bit of a PITA to replace the keyboard.  I always end up losing some of those small screws along the way!

I hope this helps others.  abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz....1234567890....!@#$%^&*()_+?><,./

I just turned on the computer less than 5 minutes ago.  We'll see how they keyboard works for the next few days.  I already seem to notice an issue with the backspace key...it could be me though....at least b,n, and delete keys work now.

best,

Todd

HI Todd,

You are right with the widespread issue comment.

I have exactly the same issue with the same two keys (N and B)

Taking it back for a service before the warranty expires. With my luck it will probably work when they check it.

Will see.
