Hi ,

i just bought a HP pavilion-15-cs3028nl notebook. I have an issue about the backlight sistem in the keyboard. I followed the hp

guide and the proposed solutions were: press f5 button, press fn + f5 button, go to the bios and enable Action Keys mode.

None of these solutions seem to work. I'm really surprised beacause the CAPS LOCK and the no volume button are on, with their

respective white and orange lights. I don't know if it's an hardware issue or just a settings issue. Your help would be very appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

Therefore very hard to know. Does f5 key has backlit icon/symbol ?
