Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

MY Hp Pavilion X360 laptop battery drain quickly after shut down the laptop.  It's a brand new laptop. i tried few the troubleshooting methods like uninstall the battery ACPI option, change BIOS settings as default,updated BIOS and diagnostics/troubleshooting by HP support assistant application and F2. All the result showing battery is "Healthy " and No issue. But battery drain  issue  still persist after shutdown. 

 

please help me to sort out this issue..is this hardware issue or software issue..laptop still under warranty.
