Battery Health Check: Utilize the HP Support Assistant to perform a battery health check. This tool can offer detailed insights into the battery's status and advise whether any actions are needed, including replacement.

  • Open HP Support Assistant and navigate to the battery check page.
  • Click "Run battery check" and review the results.

Update BIOS and Drivers: Ensure your laptop's BIOS and drivers are up-to-date, as sometimes updates can resolve hardware management issues. Visit the HP Support & Drivers page for the latest updates.
