HP ZBook Studio G4 Base ModelMobile Workstation BATTERY IS DEAD. The battery has konked out within 2 years. It does not charge at all. All Authorized HP Service Providers do not have this battery in stock. This is very frustrating as there seems to be no solution.

Please tell me the full product name and product number (p/n) of your notebook. You will find this information on the back of your notebook printed in small alphanumeric letters.

Welcome to the HP User Community.
A quick check shows this model as having been introduced in Fall of 2017
Regardless, it does not matter what happened: Dead batteries cannot be revived.
