Can i use my laptop while charging it even when it is fully charged ?

it's a fixed battery.

3-cell, 41Wh Lithium-ion prismatic Battery

@KRakib, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Yes, you can use the Notebook while charging it. Nothing wrong in that. Nowadays batteries are smart enough to stop getting charged when full. 

Some users connect the Notebooks to the docking station where the Notebook is continuously being charged.
