Product: HP ENVY 13-ba0010na Touchscreen Laptop 2020 Core™ i7 edition with Sure View Core™ i7 GeForce® MX350
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery works only for 3 hours when in video playback on you tube, the website shows battery last for almost 10 hours and it is not even close to 10 hours

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Battery life mentioned is under test-conditions by using it on minimal usage,i.e., ethernet and not WiFi / no speakers / brightness on low / on battery saver mode.
