BIOS Güncelleme Sonrası Olan Sorun

Kullanmakta olduğum bilgisayarın BIOS'unu resmi hp sitesinde yayınlanan sürücü dosyalarından güncelledim. BIOS'ta kayıtlı model ve seri numarası silindi. HP Destek Asistansı bilgisayarımı tanımlayamıyor. Bilgisayarımın altındaki seri numarası yazan kağıt okunmuyor. Bilgisayarın faturasını da kaybettim model bilgisini yada seri numarasını bilemiyorum. İnternetten yaptığım araştıma ile pavilion g6-1306et modeli olduğunu düşünüyorum. Bu sıkıntıyı nasıl çözebilirim.

Hello
I updated the BIOS of the computer I was using from the driver files published on the HP site. The model and serial number saved in the BIOS have been deleted. HP Support Assistance can not identify my computer. The paper with the serial number under my computer is not read. I lost the bill of the computer, I do not know the model information or the serial number. I think from the internet that I have a pavilion g6-1306et model with my research. How can I resolve this strain.

I understand that you have an HP Pavilion g6-1306et Notebook. I read that you performed a BIOS update on your HP laptop and since then the product and serial number have vanished from the BIOS page. Also, the HP Support Assistance is unable to detect the information. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you. 

I need a few more details: 

• What was the primary reason to perform the BIOS update? Were you facing any issues with the laptop which led to the BIOS update?

Meanwhile, we can try to perform a BIOS rollback and check if that helps. You may refer to "Step 1" from the link to perform the BIOS rollback. 

I hope this information helps. If the BIOS rollback is not successful then suggest you to reachout to our HP phone support to explore the hardware service options for your laptop. Because the serial number is tattooed to the motherboard and hence there is no other way to get it back.
