Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My product, serial, sku all shows blank, in the  bios, can anyone help me fix this, thank you.

Secondly, is there a Bios update for my version of bios? Cos, i would like to update this - BIOS Version/Date Hewlett-Packard 68IBD Ver. F.73, 4/12/2019

Thirdly, how do i dualboot my HP Elitebook Folio 9470m, i managed to turn of secure boot but i don't get the option where i can choose between the OS i prefer to run.
