My Zbook 15 G5 is not flashing the latest update at all. I'm currently at 1.29.0.1 and the latest shows 1.32.0.0 Everytime I try to update, it just skips and directly loads back into the windows... I'm confused what's wrong? Windows update says to install the latest firmware (1.32), the website says the same but HP software assistant shows that there's no update for my device (1.29 as the latest) I'm also confused which one to believe.

I also tried the USB method but it didn't work. I'm super puzzled right now. When doing it via windows update, after restarting, I get the message "updates on progress please keep your device plugged in" but instantly after that, it log in back to windows and Device Manager shows code-14 which actually tells that the device needs to restart but no matter how many times I do... It just doesn't...

Can anyone please tell me what's wrong? Am I doing something wrong seriously? I suspended bitlocker, disabled antivirus too (although it's not needed) I'm super worried...
