I need help with my Notebook. Can i update my BIOS from f-31 to f-43 without doing the last updates like f-33

Need the model number to be sure but generally BIOS updates include intermediate updates so you do not have to do them one step at a time. Sometimes you do need to go to an intermediate level before updating to the latest. The driver page where you get the BIOS update would likely spell out any requirement that you first install an intermediate version.
