i turned off computer, waited 5 seconds, but after starting computer and continuously pressing ECS, BIOS Setup Utility was not open. I pressed to ESC until the Windows opened, maybe BIOS Setup Utility was skipped because any error

As workaround please connect external <USB wired> keyboard and try again to enter BIOS.

Hello @heymoud 

 

Open the back cover and locate the RTC (realtime clock) CR2032 battery. It should have 3V (Volts), if not -> replace !
