Hi everyone,
So, I had problem on my RAM. The problem is, my laptop cannot detect my RAM on 2nd slot, but when I check CPU-Z, it shows all of my RAMs. Of course, it makes my OS, Windows 11, just detect RAM on the 1st slot. Some thread said it because the AMD processor. The other said it was the pin. I have already tried:
- swap for each RAM slots and RAM pieces,
- checking with memory diagnostic,
- resetting BIOS
- upgrading Windows 11 version to 23H2 (before was 22H2)
- cleaning 2nd slot from dust,
- Trying RAM slot and piece combination, every piece of my RAMs just works well, the problem is on 2nd slot. My laptop won't boot if just 1 piece of RAM on the 2nd slot.
Do you guys have any idea what the cause is?

You have not stated it, but did this issue occur after upgrading memory with a module that is not absolutely identical to the other module?
