Product: ENVY x360 Ryzen5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some time ago upgrade was downloaded and installed by HP Support Assistant, it was F19. Since then I have a problem with laptop, keeps restarting, often when video is going to open (YT or else) but not always.

I think its new bios issue as it was removed form website and doesn't show up in downloads anymore?! Now it's older version again. As it wasn't my intention to upgrade bios myself please supply a solution. I have made new windows installation as I thought it is a win issue but laptop keeps restarting again on fresh system.

As I'm stil on new bios it keeps restarting and I cannot do the recovery via USB -it doesn't detect USB with restore option. I keep on trying use WIN+B key and so on but it doesn't show this option at all.  Few times afer waking up the laptop some strange screen appears -white and black 'noise' partially on one side. Help.
