Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

"Hello,

My laptop has stopped updating my windows a few months ago. Each time I run the update, I get an error message that reads as shown below:

What Needs your Attention

The following things need your attention to continue the installation and keep your Windows settings, personal files, and apps.

HP Pavilion Noteook - BIOS needs to be upgraded before you can upgrade to Windows 10.

Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10."

I have no idea how to go about fixing this issue. Please help!!!
