HpBiosUpdate.log after setting it up and trying to flash BIOS:

Here is log after manually renaming .sig and .bin files. It proceeds a bit further, but doesn't find all files anyway:

There are no .s12 files in Hewlett-Packard\BIOS\New folder.

Which way did you update the BIOS, through the installer or through an external media created file?

 

They also recommend to disable the encryption bitlocker when looking at their BIOS updated instructions which can be found at the link below.
