Microsoft Windows 11

I upgraded to Windows 11 when prompted back in December 2021. I started to have issues when the first big windows update was released in the Spring. My laptop would not install them. I worked with Microsoft back in May to get the updates installed.

When the August update was launched my laptop once again refused to install the update. Upon speaking with Microsoft again, they have investigated and believe there is a conflict with Windows11 and my BIOS.

I have launched the HP support utility to look for BIOS updates but none are showing for my laptop as it won't let me change the operating system when I search for updates to my machine.

How do I find a working BIOS update for my laptop that will run on Windows 11.

My current version is AMI F.25 and it was installed on 09/03/2020.

It is the latest BIOS listed under Windows 10 or 11
