Should i update my BIOS (F.52 rev A from 2021) to F.67 rev A? I have some problems with my new 8 GB RAM from 2022. For some reasons games only uses a RAM from my Crucial RAM on 4 GB.

Did you happen to add memory modules that were different than the original module and leave the original module in place?
If you did, that is very likely you are having memory module issues.
Is the 8 GB module one that is guaranteed compatible?
If it is try removing the 4GB module and putting the 8 GB module in its place.
Don't put the original module in a slot, just leave it out.

Hello. In first time i was using my laptop with only Crucial 4GB, but this amount was to small and i added a second RAM from ADATA (it was also on 4GB and worked on lower Mhz, than original (something like 2666 Mhz, when my original worked on 3200, system supports only 2400)). My Vega 8 Graphics took from Crucial 2GB of RAM, system took 1 GB, i total i have a 4GB of free RAM. It was also too small for me and i purchased a Kingston 9905700-118.A00G (same specs like Crucial, but its has a Samsung chips and 8GB, date of release: Week 43 / 2022), in total i got a 12GB (9.2 GB was free for use in system). I never removed an original Crucial RAM (it was located in first slot, Kingston - in second slot). Im not sure about guaranteed compatible of Kingston RAM, but system detected it correctly and in some games (like Minecraft) - its really uses and gives a stable FPS (When i have ADATA and Crucial with 4GB in total - i played Minecraft in 60 or even lower FPS).
I tried to replace RAM with places, now Kingston RAM is located in first slot, and Crucial - in second. Nothing changed, games still uses only 1 or 2GB and not going above, because of that i experience a framerate drops and lags. It cannot be a throtling, i serviced my coolant system very well and temperatures of CPU and GPU is fine, they not going to 80C or to critical temperature.

So stupid auto-save. Whatever. Hello, Erico. Originally i have i Crucial 4GB with 3200 MHz, but the processor understands only 2400 MHz. Thats amount of RAM was small for me, so i deciced to buy a second RAM from ADATA (It has a 2666 Mhz and 4GB, in total i got a 8GB of RAM, but! Vega 8 Graphics took from me a 2GB and Windows also took from me 1 GB, because of that i had only 5GB of RAM free, which also was small and created perfomance problems. For example in Minecraft i got 60 or even lower FPS, V-Sync is off). I never deleted or replaced a original Crucial RAM, it was set in first slot, ADATA - in second. After some time i buyed a Kingston 9905700-118.A00G (same specs as Crucial, except for date of release and amount - 8GB, date of release was Week 43 / 2022). I replaced my old ADATA with new Kingston.
Windows detected my new RAM properly and showed that i have in total 12GB of RAM( 9.22 GB was free to use), but the games still uses 1 or 2GB of RAM, because of that i still experience a perfomance drops and framerate drops. I checked my RAM in Minecraft - the game used it correctly and now i got a 120-160 FPS, no one of the games used more than 2 or 1GB. I dont know why. I never removed a Crucial module, i replaced it on places (Kingston now located in first slot, when Crucial - on second). I will try to remove a Crucial module, but im not sure - will it help? I think that problem can be in my outdated BIOS, in last time it was updated in 2021. On oficial HP site i find out, that my laptop got some updates for BIOS, one of it was fresh (F.67 rev A). I dont know, maybe updating of BIOS can help to me?
