I have zipped up and attached the update file below if you can't get the links to open in Internet Explorer.
You have to click on the search icon on the taskbar, and type Internet Explorer to find the program in W10.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how much memory the T2050 processor supports with or without a BIOS update.
Intel does not indicate that info on the spec sheet like they normally do.

Hi:
Info: F.23
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp35501-36000/sp35887.html
Exe:
ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp35501-36000/sp35887.exe
You need to open these links with Internet Explorer.
@T_sof : Since you are running W10 on your notebook, you run a fairly high risk of permanently damaging your notebook by trying to update the BIOS when running an unsupported operating system.

Thank you very much @Paul_Tikkanen, @Huffer for the quick responses.
I can not download the files (microsoft edge), do you need windows explorer.
Does version f.23 increase ram performance? this is my final goal.
Best regards.

Hi, @T_sof
I was thinking...you can determine how much memory your notebook can support by:
Run the Command Prompt app as an administrator, and enter the following command...
wmic memphysical get MaxCapacity, MemoryDevices
It gives the final value in kilobytes which can be converted to gigabytes (divide the value by 1048576 to convert KB to GB).

Thank you,
Indeed, the maximum memory is 2Gb.
I have not updated the bios, because it does not allow to increase the memory MaxCapacity.
I just installed 2Gb of ddr2.
The HP laptops are amazing, they work even after 18 years.
Good Job HP 💪
