HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bq121dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Envy x360 15mbq121dx. I installed an SSD today (Crucial T500) and left the existing hard drive (HGST721010A9E630) in it. I cloned the old drive to the SSD. I need to change the boot priority in the BIOS but I don't know how to get to the BIOS settings. When I finally get there, I won't know what to do. Any help?

You can't change the boot order.

If you are leaving the mechanical hard drive installed the PC will always want to boot from the SATA drive first and not the M.2 SSD.

Temporarily disconnect the 2.5" drive and the Windows boot manager should automatically switch to the NVMe SSD.

Run the notebook just on the SSD for a bit.   Shut it down, restart it.  Put it through its paces.

Then connect the hard drive back up.

If the Windows boot manager switches back to the 2.5" drive, you will have to completely remove Windows from it.

Notebooks that come with dual drive configurations have no operating system on the 2.5" drive, which is to be used for storage only.

Thanks Paul. I have to open the computer aain to install some RAM, I guess I'll remove the old hard drive while I'm in there.
