Hello,  my laptop's hinge is broken and has even cause the bottom of my screen to crack. Please can this be fixed?

Anything can be fixed if you spend enough money. It has to be examined in detail to figure out how much repair it needs. Also I am going to try to escalate and see what can be done by HP. No promises.

Okay thanks.  So how do I get it to an Hp repair center to be fixed. Any location?? Cos I don't know any.
