I have had this HP spectre 360 for about 4 years and it had been working completely fine but I started to get a Blue Screen of Death issue every few hours in the day. It because frustrating and I took it in to get it looked at and all they said after paying $100 was the motherboard was overheating and burned. It’s out of warrant but it’s insane that one day it was working perfectly but then all of a sudden the BSOD starts and it can’t even use it for 10 minutes before it shuts down. I’ve looked up so many ways to fix it but nothing seems to be working. I saw another post saying that they were recalling motherboards. Is there anything HP can do to help? Can someone reach out to HP for me? I’m a computer science student and have been using HPs for so long since it is one of the best laptops for programming and I desperately need it fixed for classes.
