Hello,

I just got a new laptop (HP Spectre) and it gives me BSOD everytime I use Autocad, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, Photoshop etc. (I have attached the photo)20210717_002052.jpg

I have read about this and did everything but nothing worked. 

Does anyone have the same problem or a solution to this?

I understand that that while using AutoCAD getting blue screen,

 

May I know the Operating system using?

 

May I know the model number of the notebook?

 

May I knew the Autocad version?
