I sitting next to girlfriend wen she finish down loading new lg driver and samsung driver to unlock her phone i there to buythe laptop so she want to erase her info and went to files witch i dont get she said all she deleted was her personal info but it turn blue with error message i ran system check and got this code failure id:GTQ7L4-8859N4-XD7X7G-60QDO3 CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE

The error code means:

 

Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

 

So the hard drive in the laptop has gone bad and needs to be replaced. We would need to know the Model or Product number to provide any more help.
