The back cover of the laptop is getting loose. the screws are not holding the back plastic case.
I think i need a new back case. Does HP sell the parts of the laptop?

Yes we can get you the Manual and plastic case parts are available but parts do not just "come loose". Either somebody is secretly taking a screwdriver to it while you are not looking or there is a failure somewhare in the hinge system which can work screws loose. Can we have a little more description or perhaps a picture?
Page 18 here has an exploded diagram with the parts. Can you point out what is coming apart and how? Page 52 shows the screws holding on the bottom cover.

I am having the same issue. GeekSquad pointed out to me that the screws have nothing to attach to in the back cover. The hinges do seem to sit strangely low, and there is a disturbing clicking sound when I open the laptop cover.
The problem is the screws labeled as #2 on page 52, specifically the screws that are closest to the back edge of the laptop (behind the rubber feet).
What are my options? TIA.
