HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch000

Back cover on my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch000 has started coming loose. This is totally unacceptable for a high end model  and high price paid. Never seen anything like this in any other laptops which are much older than this fancy high end one.

How and where is it coming loose? This is not a problem that gets reported the way you are writing it. Maybe a picture?

Attached the picture. The back cover is coming off like the one attached. All the screws are in tact.

Likely a swelling battery. Have you gone ahead and removed the back cover to check?

I have the same issue with the back cover, see pic. I also have issues with the spacebar not working, I have to press the space bar multiple times before it creates a space. I feel the same, for the amount of money I paid I would expect higher quality.

I have not removed the back cover. What needs to be done. HP needs to do something about this for the high price we have paid for this.

That looks very bad.

The back cover needs to be removed and the battery replaced.
