As stated in the 'Product Name,' I have an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-dk0051wm. It has a backlit (Green) keyboard. I've done some research and there aren't any advanced BIOS settings to make the keyboard light stay on. I read about some registry edits to make this possible, and read about it being the only way possible to keep the backlit keyboard in an "always on" state. If anyone could possibly walk me through any steps that they used to successfully make this happy, that would be awesome.

@SKILLEDscrewUP I hope you know that not all keyboards have an option to use the timeout feature by design, that's only available on limited devices, that said, here's all you need to know about using the backlight of your keyboard:
Toggle backlight settings:
If your notebook computer has a backlit keyboard, press the F5 or F4 (some models) key on the keyboard to turn the light on or off. It might be necessary to press the fn (function) key at the same time.
If the backlight icon is not on the F5 key, look for the backlit keyboard key on the row of function keys.
