Product: Hp pavilion x360 2018
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am informed that my laptop Hp Pavilion x360 has backlit keyboard. But I am not able to turn on the backlit keyboard. So my question is that does it have backlit keyboard or is turned off in settings. Please help me turn on the backlit keyboard if my laptop includes it if it doesn't include then please inform me that it doesn't include and please change your information in your website regarding my laptop.🙂

This notebook does not come with backlit keyboard according to HP product content browser, in contradiction to what is given in specification website.

I've got confirmation from HP that,

This notebook do not come with backlit keyboard from factory.

 

The specs page will be updated within 2 days.

I really thank you. But as Hp did this mistake so many people bought it because they saw backlit so hp should do something for them!.
