HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)

My Backspace Key is not working properly. If I touch it with some force it works; but with a soft touch it is not reacting. On the left side of the key it works better; no reaction when you push on the right end of this key.

Should I go back to the shop. I bought this laptop in august 2024. This key never functioned properly.

Hi @HelloBelgium,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I understand that you are having issues with the keyboard.

Try running the keyboard test and see the results. If the keyboard test fails, you may walk into the store or service center.

Keep me posted for further assistance
