Hello all,
I've search the board on this issue and read that to get the EQ back is to install the latest Realtek sound driver from the HP Recovery Manager and after that didn't work, I followed another suggestion on here to install the latest Realtek drivers from the website; 64 bit windows 10, 2.82 and I still do not see the equalizer after I restarted my computer
Please offer solutions to have the equalizer on my Bang & Olufsen audio.
Thanks

It didn't work.
I've installed and followed this method 3 times on this site:
I don't have the equalizer button unfortunatly. The link you gave me of that person was lucky to get it. I wonder if it's my laptop model or it's no longer featured anymore? Everything else in the B&O audio works fine but I don't know why I can't get the Equalizer?

Hi,
I came across this solution: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Reinstalling-B-amp-O-play-audio-driver/td-p/5961784
Is it possible that if I reinstall the older Bang & Olufsen GUI, I get the Equalizer? Would this work on my notebook computer (HP-17t-ae000)? I don't want to lose my B&O interface because everything else works fine including sound, it's just missing the Equalizer.
Your help or anyone else would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Angel_on_Earth,
Thank you for replying,
As I understand you are having issues with the Bang & Olufsen software, I would suggest you could try to uninstall the latest drivers and then install the older drivers which should be available from recovery manager. Please use this link to help you, HP PCs - Using Recovery Manager to Restore Software and Drivers (Windows 10)
I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes for further assistance.
