Thanks to all reviewing or/and answering this question:

 

after I connect <Thunderbolt Dock 230w G2> to my <Zbook 15 G5>, I got 'Base System Device' warning as bellow, even I have installed the drivers. Besides, I also have an 'Unknown device'

For the first one, you need this driver...

 

This package provides the Thunderbolt Secure Connect Utility for supported notebook models running a supported operating system.

For the second one, you need this driver...

 

This package contains the driver that enables the Synaptics (Validity) Fingerprint Sensor in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The fingerprint sensor scans fingerprints for use with biometric security applications.
