Hello,I'm getting an error message that my Base Device drivers are missing. This occurred after plugging in a 1394a,2 slot Firewire card into the pci slot to run a Mackie 1640i audio mixing board for live streaming a band. I signed up to HP support assistant, ran all the test's and was notified that the drivers were missing but wasn't given an option as to where they can be downloaded. The laptop recognizes the Firewire but when I plugged in my new video camera it briefly worked, stopped hasn't been recognized by my streaming app. Equipment being used: HP Elitebook 8460w,Mackie 1640i mixing board,OBS streaming software, youtube livestream. The camera works perfectly with my desktop pc and other HP laptop but they're both too under-powered to live-stream a band. The takeaway is where can I find Base System Device driver's? Thank you all for any help!!
