Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I cannot seem to get an actual person to contact with this, my computer is not even 2 years old and the base is seperating fromt the computer and gets worse everytime it is opened up for use. Picture describes it better. Can I please get assistance to send this in for repair or advice from anyone else with the same problem.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the base is separating from the display.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

 

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, if yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from.
