Hello! I would like to increase memory capacity from 16 to 32. It is soldered memory. I bought a 2TB Samsung 980 pro NVMe to upgrade storage and hope it's not overkill. I bought this G7 sealed, new at auction place that had about 30 of them. What would need to be don't to upgrade memory? Thanks!

Hi:

 

The only way you could upgrade onboard (soldered) memory is to replace the motherboard with one listed in chapter 3 of the service manual that comes with 32 GB of memory.

It would probably cost as much as buying a new ZBook that already comes with 32 GB of memory.
