Product: EliteBook 2540p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been having some issues on a reconditioned EliteBook, whilst online, the keyboard, mouse and everything freezes. I went into troubleshoot this issue, and found that the base system device driver is not installed. However, I am running windows 10 and there is not an available driver at all for this computer on Windows 10. What does this affect? What can i do about the situation? Thank you very much
