Hi:

You need this driver for the base system device...

JMicron Media Card Reader Driver

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63637.exe

There can be several different devices windows labels as unknown, so it would be hard for me to guess what drivers are missing.

Please post the hardware ID's for the unknown devices that need the drivers, so I can provide the links to the drivers you need for them.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device...

So you also reinstalled Windows when you installed the SSD? Base System Device is the card reader.

Unknown you will have to get the Device ID and we can help you find the driver.

Its a JMicron Card reader and the Windows 8.1 driver is likely to work but you may need to run it in compatibility mode:

Hi, @Photios

One of the devices almost definitely will be the HP 3D driveguard device that needs a driver.

The problem is the driver W10 driver does not work with the latest couple versions of W10 if you run the file.

I think it installs some files that W10 doesn't like.

So what I have done is to delete the installation files out of the driver, zipped it up and attached it below.

Download and unzip the file to its folder.  Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Try manually installing the driver as follows...

Click on the unknown device with the hardware ID of ACPI\HPQ6000.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on update driver.

Select the browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.

If it doesn't you can skip this driver because you installed a SSD and the 3D driveguard protection parks the hard drive heads in the event of the notebook bumping or dropping.

As I posted the other day, that device does not have a driver that works on W10 anymore.

You can try this driver, but I doubt it will work.  If it doesn't you will have to do without.
