Base system device drivers

I recently did a clean install of Windows 10 and I can't install or update these drivers and have a code 28:

Base system driver with ID;

PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2392&SUBSYS_161C103C&REV_30

PCI Serial Port with ID;

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C3D&SUBSYS_161C103C&REV_04

and 2 Unkown devices with IDs;

ACPI\VEN_HPQ&DEV_0004

USB\VID_138A&PID_003C&REV_0086

I appreciate any help.
