Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP laptop is not charging Properly..when i plug in it charging light blinks white and orange after 2-4 minutes repeatedly.

I am using this laptop 2-3 years..Is this time to replace battery? or any other issue?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's perform a battery test: 

 

Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.

Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click Component Test.

Click Battery Test. (Battery Check and AC Adapter Test)
