My laptop batter is not working properly, it is not getting charged properly and getting discharges frequently.

Your HP Notebook - 15-Ay517tx (1PL51PA) requires this HPO battery with p/n: 807957-001 ("Battery pack - 4-cell lithium-ion (Li-Ion), 2.8Ah, 41Wh (HS04041-CL)"), and you can purchase a quality HS04 battery online, such as here: https://www.amazon.in/s?k=HP+807957-001&rh=n%3A1375315031&ref=nb_sb_noss.
