I want to Know the battery charging rules or formation in Lithium-ion batteries. 

Some guys saying do not overcharge the battery , only charge when battery in low condition or 25% left, Some are saying plug everytime when you are using,  What's the actual thing?           Please Say this

With modern PCs that use Lithium-ion batteries, there is no risk of overcharging and you can leave them plugged in all the time.
