Product: HP 15-da2000 Laptop PC series (7CE73AV)
Hey there!
I'm currently experiencing a strange situation with my HP 15 da2000 Notebook PC, regarding the new battery I purchased.
It is plugged in and stops charging at 95% instead of getting up to 100% and then decreases to 94%, while still plugged into the power source. More so, the orange light displayed during charging changes to white (which shows it's fully charged), but when I check, it's 95%!
Please what might be causing this again what can I do regarding it? Thanks.

I recommend that you use diagnostics available in the HP Support Assistant to test the battery.
