Hey!

 

I am tech savvy myself but need answers here! I got a popup to calibrate the battery, so I went into the HP Diagnostics tool in Windows, then it asked for a battery calibration; which requires the notebook to restart. So I let it restart into the UEFI Diagnostics environment, it goes to 99%, crashes and reboots back into Windows.

 

I already updated the UEFI tool to the latest version and now out of ideas. Could this be a BIOS related issue? Like do I need to flash a newer BIOS version or something?

I did a RAM test on loop until the computer battery ran out, which worked. You can close the case.
