I bought a new battery and when i tried to calibrate it none of the options seems to work . I tried manual method but when i go into bios(version 1.26.0.0) setup battery options is not available i thought if i update bios i might get the power option but my system has the updated version off bios .Then tried with hp pc hardware diagnostics that to dint work , it kept showing me CANCELED.

The latest version of the BIOS for your laptop is F.74 Rev.A.
The issue you are having is because your laptop is a base version and not an Envy or Spectre level laptop product.
I recommend that you download the available drivers for Windows 10 and keep them in an external drive or USB flashdrive in a safe location.
Your laptop is approaching the five year from market introduction date where there will no longer be a support portal available.
