Battery Calibration was successful, but it is still showing calibration needed. Now what should I do? I tried every possible way and read the caption carefully.

@KHKhanRohan, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Re-run the Calibration Process: Sometimes repeating the calibration procedure can resolve the issue. Ensure you follow the instructions meticulously.

Update Battery Drivers:

  • Go to the Device Manager on your Windows laptop.
  • Expand the “Batteries” section.
  • Right-click on each item listed and choose “Update driver.”

Check for BIOS Updates:

  • Visit the HP Support website.
  • Look for any available updates for your laptop’s BIOS.
  • Install the updates following the instructions provided.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Shut down your laptop.
  • Disconnect all external devices and power adapter.
  • Remove the battery (if possible).
  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and adapter, then start your laptop.

Battery Health Check: Use HP Support Assistant to run a battery health check. This might provide insights into whether the battery itself is malfunctioning.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
