@KHKhanRohan, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
Re-run the Calibration Process: Sometimes repeating the calibration procedure can resolve the issue. Ensure you follow the instructions meticulously.
Update Battery Drivers:
- Go to the Device Manager on your Windows laptop.
- Expand the “Batteries” section.
- Right-click on each item listed and choose “Update driver.”
Check for BIOS Updates:
- Visit the HP Support website.
- Look for any available updates for your laptop’s BIOS.
- Install the updates following the instructions provided.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Shut down your laptop.
- Disconnect all external devices and power adapter.
- Remove the battery (if possible).
- Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
- Reconnect the battery and adapter, then start your laptop.
Battery Health Check: Use HP Support Assistant to run a battery health check. This might provide insights into whether the battery itself is malfunctioning.
I hope this helps.
