HP Laptop 15-bs0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I definitely need to replace the battery as battery tests are showing error "Blown Fuse(42)", but I cannot buy one right now. Will it damage my motherboard or other h/w components if I keep using laptop with this battery inserted while AC adapter plugged in or should I remove it while using laptop?( it gives me some time to shut down laptop properly when electricity goes out, so basically I am using it as UPS)

Leaving the Battery in will not affect other Hardware component as long as there is no Battery leakage or chemical leakage from the battery

Thank you
