Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop needs to be plug in all the time. Once I 'm unplugged the power cord, my laptop turns off. The battery won't hold a charge. I had done a diagnostics, and it failed.

The battery of your laptop needs to be replaced.

 

The part number for a replacement battery is: L11119-855 "Assembly-battery 3C 41W 3.6A LI HT03XL".
