To assist you further, could you please share the current BIOS version installed on your notebook?
Additionally, I recommend the following steps:
- Update the BIOS to the latest version available for your device from the HP support website: HP Notebook - 15s-du0096tu Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support
- After updating, run the Battery Check again using HP Support Assistant.
Let us know the BIOS version and the results of the battery test after the update. This will help us determine the next steps.
